Event Rules and Proceedures

All judges decisions are final.  There will not be an appeal process.

Voting will be by ticket purchase only.  All votes for all peoples choice awards will cost $1.  25 for $20.  This is a fundraising event.  You can purchase as many tickets as you would like.  Stuff the ballot boxes.  The children thank you.

You will recieve 5 free votes.  You can not vote for your own car(s).  All free votes will be numbered and traced.

All cars must be in place between 7:00 and 9:00 the day of the event.  Cars and planes may be placed the night before at your own risk.  There will be no security during the night before the event.

All cars must be driven into the event.  There will be no accomodations for trailer storage by event organizers but independent arrangements with the airport administration is possible in their storage area.  Fees may apply for over night storage.

Awards will be presented at 2:30.  Judging begins at 9:00 when event opens to public.  

All cars must be in place till the event is over at 3:00.  Cars leaving prior to trophy presentation will not be judged.

The autocross event will be managed by SCCA Sacramento Chapter.  All matters pertaining to the autocross will be managed and maintained by SCCA.  Cost to run in the autocross will be $5 per run or 5 for $20.  There will be no limit as to the number of runs you may make, time permitting.  Runs will be on a first come first serve basis.  Helmets are required.  No drifting.  If SCCA determines that unsafe runs are being taken you may be asked to not participate further.  There will be no refunds.  All cars must be registered and insured in the state of California to be eligible to participate.  Exhibition runs may be demostrated by SCCA membership.  Ride alongs will be available for $5 per run.  Trophies will be presented to the fastest runs in each category.  Categories to be determined.  First car out at 9:00

All food trucks are the responsibility of the ownership of the food trucks.

There will be no seating available.  Bring your own seating arrangements.  

No alcohol is provided or allowed.  If alcohol is being consumed you will be asked to leave.  Law enforcement will be on site.

Golf carts will not be allowed on site.  Parking will be owners responsibility if you bring a cart to the event.

Parking will be off site.  Only registered cars are allowed on site.  No motorcycles or pit bikes will be allowed.  Bicycles will be allowed but owners must walk the bikes while on site.  Security will not be provided for bikes.

On site speed limit is 5 mph.
